Washington, DC –President of the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators (NHCSL), New York State Assemblyman Felix W. Ortiz, today announced the following agenda for the 5th National Summit that will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel on November 15-18 in Miami, Florida.
