Your application must be submitted with the following required documents:

NHCSL Scholarship Application
Current College/University Transcript (electronic copy accepted with application and original sealed copy to be mailed)

Copy of current valid school picture I.D.

Copy of Student Aid Report (SAR)

Two (2) Letters of recommendation (advisor, professor, counselor, department chair, etc.)

A written Personal Statement (500 words) about “Why Obtaining a Degree is Important to Me”
